Guidelines for submission of manuscripts to Terminology Science and Research

Please note that as an author you are responsible for observing the copyright laws when quoting or reproducing material from other sources.

Language and proofreading:

Manuscripts should preferably be in English or German. If not written by a native speaker, they should be checked by a person with native speaker competence.

Carefully check the manuscript before submission in order to avoid delays and unnecessary cost in the editing and proofreading stages.

General guidelines:

State your name and affiliation as shown in the example
Write a brief abstract in English as shown in the example
Divide the manuscript into paragraphs and if needed into sub-paragraphs
Apply references as shown in the example
Do not number pages
Apply end notes, not footnotes
Number tables consecutively and provide them with captions as shown in the example
Number figures consecutively and submit them as separate files

Formatting

Margins: Top 3 cm, Left 2 cm, Right 2 cm, Bottom 2 cm
Text aligned left and right (Blocksatz)
Line space: 1, between paragraphs: 2
Font: Verdana 9 Pitch. Abstract: Italics. Headings: Verdana 10 Pitch, capital letters.
References: Verdana 8 Pitch, Authors' names in capital letters
